From commercials to narration to video game leads, a well-selected voice can give your project more than just sound. The right talent for your needs is out there, and we're here to help you find it.
Where do we start?

You know your project better than anyone: what you need, when you need it, and what your budget is. At the very beginning, we will sit down with you, assess your criteria, and find the best way to meet them while staying fair to the talent and to your budget. Will we have to negotiate a little? Probably. But we'll always be ready to answer your questions and guarantee the best possible solutions.
What's involved?

Once we've established just what kind of voice you're looking for and worked out all the details, we'll take a set of materials provided by you and create a bespoke casting call to find your voice, containing a description of the role and project, audition sides, and all pertinent information about deadlines and compensation.
We can then publicly open the casting call to our entire network of 4000+ voice artists; restrict access to handpicked members of trusted talent list; or invite personally-selected candidates to audition via demo scouting. The choice is yours!
What happens next?

Once the casting call deadline has passed, we will go through every audition we've received for your role(s) and pick out the best ones. Then we'll sit you down and present you with our top pick for each role, with a succinct explanation why we feel they're the best fit. If you disagree, we'll show you our second pick, and so on.

Once all the voices have been approved, we'll put you in touch with your talent and let you get to work! But don't worry - we'll still be there to support you, mediate terms and contracts, and make sure you and your talent get the best experience possible!
